David Endo has more than five years of financial restructuring and investment banking experience. As a vice president at Carl Marks Advisors, he provides research and execution services for various financial advisory assignments, including mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity capital raises, and financial restructurings for companies, secured and unsecured lenders, and creditors across the capital structure.
Mr. Endo has advised on numerous financial restructurings, both in and out of court, Section 363 Sales, internal reorganizations, capital raises, and mergers and acquisitions assignments across a wide range of industries that include energy, healthcare, manufacturing, building materials, and consumer products.
Prior to joining Carl Marks, Mr. Endo worked as an investment banking analyst in the financial institutions group at investment banking and asset management firm, Piper Jaffray. During this time, he completed a variety of capital markets transactions and advisory assignments for companies within the specialty finance, insurance, and financial technology sub-sectors.
Mr. Endo graduated with a BS in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, CT. He is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Representative.
