NEW YORK, September 21, 2017 – Carl Marks Advisors, a leading restructuring advisory and investment banking firm to middle market companies, today announced that Patrick Flynn has joined the firm as Managing Director, responsible for business development and providing financial advisory services.

Mr. Flynn brings over 20 years of experience in workouts and distressed situations as a direct lender and principal investor for regulated banks and private capital firms including GE Capital, CIT Group, and Lone Star Funds credit affiliate, LStar Capital. He has served extensively on creditor committees; as a director, observer, or shareholder of over twenty companies; and is adept at creating solutions that maximize value in complex capital structures – a hallmark of Carl Marks Advisors expertise and track record.
