CM Equity Partners Announces Sale of Xebec Global Corporation
NEW YORK/WASHINGTON, October 2, 2017 – CM Equity Partners (“CMEP”), a New York and Washington, D.C.-area private equity firm, announced the sale of Xebec Global Corporation (“Xebec”). In partnership with founding management, CMEP established Xebec in June 2006 as a platform consulting company serving classified customers within the intelligence community and other Federal agencies. Xebec provides highly specialized human intelligence solutions both domestically and abroad. Xebec will continue to operate and serve its customers as a standalone independent company.
