Sand Oak Capital Announces Partnership with Carl Marks & Co.
NEW YORK – 2014 – Sand Oak Capital LLC (“Sand Oak”) announced today that it has partnered with Carl Marks & Co. (“Carl Marks”), a New York-based merchant bank, to acquire privately held industrial companies. Sand Oak teams with existing ownership or management by investing $10 million to $50 million of equity and providing strategic and operational support to companies across the United States with a particular focus on the U.S. Rust Belt, the region spanning New York to Wisconsin.
